Cloud Update: Online Member Registration, Monthly Payments & Team Management
Our latest features in the Cloud are proving most popular with our clubs in the UK and Ireland, including GAA Clubs, Rugby Clubs and Tennis Clubs.
Our club branded registration pages enable new members to register online, selecting their category of membership and their preferred payment method. In addition to paying in full, members can choose to pay monthly via direct debit. Monthly payment collections are facilitated via GoCardless so there is no need for the club to worry about managing member mandates.
Additional features delivering new efficiencies for clubs include the ability to create bespoke ‘Custom Fields’ within online registration forms as well as sign-up pages for coaching camps and other sporting or social events. So, if you need to collect data and responses to specific questions you can now add such questions to the standard registration forms.
Our Cloud area for Coaching and Team management also continues to expand with recent features including Team Manager administration and communication so relevant coaches and administrators at your club are able to manage their own groups and teams more easily.
