At this financially challenging time, we are helping clubs to fundraise with the launch of our Club Donor solution in the Smart Club Cloud.
This new feature will enable clubs to arrange monthly draws, competitions, or fundraise for other general causes. Members can then login online to their Club’s Cloud and setup their entry fee or donation as a recurring monthly payment.
Club Donor offers clubs the opportunity to create and plan promotions which will engage with and excite their members while raising important funds to be invested in other club development plans. The simple automated sign up also means members only have to ‘sign-up’ once, with the club then generating important new revenues on a monthly basis. There is no administration on the part of the club.
Fundraising is an important activity at any club during normal times, but in the Covid-19 environment, Club Donor facilitates a way to potentially generate a rapid and sustainable cash injection to help clubs compensate for lost revenues and plan for re-opening and future development. Of course, many members will also recognise the challenges being faced by their clubs and will be most willing to assist with donations while participating in the club’s planned promotions .. a bit of fun for everyone!
Club Donor will be available in 3-4 weeks time to all clubs using our Smart Membership and Members Cloud.
