Monthly Payments & Booking for Football Academies & Tennis Clubs
We are continually developing new features within our Smart Club Cloud. Recent additions include the ability for clubs to allow their members to login online to book into training camps and other club events. Our tennis clubs have expressed an interest in using this feature for training camps, while some of our football clubs intend to use the feature to collect training fees from their academy players.
We are also about to launch a new release in our Cloud which will provide clubs with the option of offering their members monthly payment plans for their annual membership or monthly training fees. The new process will operate alongside existing collection options while reducing club administration time. The process will be seamless online with our solution securely managing the collection of membership fees and the allocation to the club’s account. Members will be able to register to join online, selecting the appropriate membership category or package, then click to select whether they pay in full in a single instalment or whether they pay monthly. Again, our tennis and football clubs are showing early interest in the new release.
