Reminder: Easy Quick Pay Link for Member Invoices
With the end of the year closing in fast many clubs are getting organised for their annual membership invoice run. Don’t forget about the Quick Pay Link which was added to our membership solution last year.
With this approach all clubs using our Cloud are able to easily invoice members via the membership system and members can simply open the email and click a highlighted link within their invoice to be brought directly to a payment page (similar to the image above) where they can pay their invoice and in-turn their member record in the main club database will be automatically updated with the payment. Many clubs have reported how this feature has greatly improved payment times and renewal rates.
Club users of the Cloud are also able to setup online ‘join us’ registration pages for new members with options for upfront payments as well as monthly payment plans.
