Training & Support
Our expert Support team plays a major role in our Smart Services offering, providing a high quality service to all our customers through a range of channels and contact options. Customers can access phone support, email support, online ticketing and tracking and remote assistance as well as a library of downloadable user guides, training resources and video tutorials. Our Support team is also highly active in the field, implementing installations and training sessions while building positive relationships with our customers.
IT / Network Management
Many of our Clubs are comfortable managing their own network and hardware infrastructure and perhaps have maintenance contracts in place with third party suppliers. However, we often assist our other customers in specifying and installing items such as network servers, switches, managed battery backups, PC’s, printers and network cabling. If you are happy with the support we provide on your Smart Club Solution and would like to explore the opportunity of outsourcing your network management to us, simply get in touch.
Online Data Backup
With Smart Backup our Clubs benefit from robust, virtual storage and backup of all critical data and information which they have traditionally had to store on backup tapes. Our Smart Backup solution removes risk, provides reassurance, and guarantees safe, secure storage with high level encryption of all Smart Club Solutions data as well as data from any other system which a Club wishes to backup online on a daily basis.

Our mission to optimise Club management and operations transcends all Club areas. In addition to the clever communication features such as SMS text messaging, email and social networking which are built into Smart Membership, we can also deliver a new website for your Club.
Communications Consultancy
We advise on best practice in using our software in order to deliver efficient and effective communications. Our solution facilitates simple filtering for postal campaigns, text messaging for mobile marketing, email marketing and will soon allow for posting of notices within the Smart Club Cloud. We can develop branded e-mails and e-zines for your Club and facilitate integration of your Cloud landing page with your website as well as integrating social networking platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
Commercial Opportunities
Your Club should be aware of the new revenue opportunities which arise from the installation of a Smart Club Solution. Of course, our Smart Cards encourage increased spend and more frequent usage per Member but with Smart Club Solutions you also become a media owner. Your Club can seek sponsorship and sell advertising space on till receipts, Member’s Smart Cards, within emails and soon on your Member’s pages in the Smart Club Cloud. Such revenues often make a significant contribution to the cost of your system.
